purchased at bookstores. Of course, Kay Hoover et al and LC series
will provide you with more bibs than you will know what to do with

Now, more often than not, resistant prolonged cases will require
very
intense and strong medication therapy, ie., Diflucan. I have seen
cases
reported to take the drug up to a year. There are some other drugs
which
may be considered before this one, but this sounds like a very
chronic
and resistant case.

I personally don't approve of using the baby's suspension for nipple
care
as it is in a sugar base, when a garment is worn over it, (or breast
pad)
you can literally tear the skin off to nurse the next feed.

I and wondering if 1) she treated aggressively and for the entire
pres-
cribed period and 2) if you can get a really complete history and
share
it with me. Last year at a conference a doctor's wife shared a case

history with me, of an infant who died of systemic yeast infection-
proven
by autopsy. Systemic cases that linger scare me and I believe should
be
very carefully evaluation by an immunologist sensitive and well
educated
on the issue-who may even initiate immunotherapy with this client.

I will be happy to continue to assist you. Please feel free to E-
mail
call or write me privately. My office is 407-482-2670 and my home
add-
ress is 10316 Sunstream Lane, Boca Raton, Florida 33428. I shall
look
forward to further corresponding with you. Before, I close, may I
say
that the use of Gential Violet under careful supervision and in low
percentage doses can be very effective. However, my feeling, given
the
brief history you projected is that this needs to be sytemically and

allergenically evaluated. The entire family may be carriers, and
perhaps
they should all be treated simultaneously.

I'm off to Orlando and on NO MAIL fri and sat. Leave a message for
when
I return if you like. If I don't hurry up and go to bed, I may not
have
a husband to sleep with. He says funny things about my late nite
obcess-
ion with the net--like am I having a computer fling...oh yeah!!!
