The US state of Florida enacted legislation (Senate Bill #1668, 1994) which
"creates worksite breastfeeding support policies for all state employees
including a demonstration project in Miami to implement the policies."  Texas
enacted a similar bill in 1995.  This according to a handout from Liz Baldwin
of LLLI  in July 1997
