even to use Myconicozol (sp?), the same thing that is used for yeast
infections in the private areas."

In the UK Miconazole can be bought over the counter (Daktarin) and is the usual
cream of choice for women with thrush ON the nipples.  It also comes in a gel
form which is what babies are prescribed/given so that they can be treated at
the same time as their mothers.
