Hi all,

It has been a long time so I suppose I should re-introduce myself. I am 
a mother of 6, mostly grown , children. Have three grandchildren, three 
cats, a bird and a dog. We live in W. Maryland, way out beyond anything 
most people have heard of. I have been a La Leche League Leader for 
over 20 years, have worked in various positions within the area. I am 
also the only private parctise IBCLC within an hour and a half, so see 
plenty of interesting situations.

  A couple of years ago I decided to go back to school and augment my 
IBCLC with an RN; I will graduate in December of this year. It has been 
a really fun decision, so after much hesitation to do this, I am sure I 
made the right choice, no one told me you guys have so much fun!

Anyhow, I am glad to be back on Lactnet, even if it is just for the 
summer. I can't wait to see who is still here that I know, and meet 
some new folks.
