Nestle's writes:

"Although the United States is not a signatory to the WHO Code, Nestl=E9
abides by the aim of the Code and their advertising states that breast =
milk is best."

I thought the US WAS a signatory to the WHO Code.  And while Nestle's
advertising says that breast milk is best, they say that Carnation formula
is the *very* best.
