Jeanette really *is* talking about keeping records of her malpractice
insurance policies, acquired over her career, and when to destroy *those.*

This becomes messier, because it depends (best legal answer!) on what KIND
of insurance is carried (claims-made or occurrence) (see http://www.
americanprofessional.com/wp-content/uploads/Claims-Made-vs-Occurrence_AC.pdf),
and whether or not the insurance company as you knew it in 1999 exists
today,OR, if when it merged or whatever, the new entity agreed to take over
all of the obligations of the older company.

I would not be destroying these records anytime soon.
