Thank you every one for your fabulous emails! I have passed on much of the information to the mom and she truly appreciates it! 

On a side note, since it may take me a few days to get to her...are any of you in the Mobile Alabama area? Her husband is military and this is where they are stationed for now. If I can hook her up with some resources ahead of time it will probably help in avoiding the pitfalls mentioned above and cover any lag time until I get there.
