The UCLA superbill lists codes for maternal and newborn visits as well as
problems. I'm surprised that the "Lactation Consultant Course" taken didn't
provide that information to it's participants. Most lactation literature
(Auerbach,  Lawrence) make reference to superbills.  How about an ICD coding
book? University bookstores with health care curriculum (med schools) may
have this type of book or try an online search of Bookstores. Maybe your
billing department?
