I don't have specifics, but wouldn't this be violating a person's civil
rights?   I also wonder about the testing of pregnant women for HIV as I remember
reading that the test is contraindicated during pregnancy due to false positive
results.   I read this in Mothering Magazine about 4 to 5 years ago.
