Wow, I can't believe Lactnet is 20 yrs. old! I remember when there was
only 35 people on the list. I'm in rural ID, all by myself trying to
get Lactation services started and we had a baby with a complicated
heart problem. I can't remember the details, but I remember so well
sending a question out to Lactnet and getting a reply from one of the
physicians who authored a study related to the issue respond to my
question! I was amazed. The idea that you could actually communicate
with such ease to top level people on a personal level was miraculous.
Thank you so much to all of you who have worked with LACTNET. It has
been a wonderful tool, that has helped thousands of women and babies.
