I've used Imitrex for migraines, and was told to refrain from breastfeeding for 24
hours. Imitrex is one of the drugs that is not supposed to be used on children
under 16. At least that was the information I got from my sister-in-law(PhD in
pharmacy). I've had some success with naproxen sodium and also exced. migraine(not
a plug, but it works). Perhaps she could pump and freeze ahead and then pump and
dump while taking it, that's what I ended up doing.
