I need advice...I have a client with a 3 month old son who is exclusively
BF.  She called me last week with complaints of a white area at the end of
her nipple - slightly red, tender.  I advised her to try warm compresses and
gentle massage/expression and two days later, the area was gone.  Todasy, it
is back, sore and reddened again......any suggestions???
