How can we be expected to adhere to a guideline for which there is no
process to notify those who fall under it's scope that it has been
edited/updated?

Is that a novel concept? That the IBLCE communicate updates to our
standards of practice to those whom are certified?

Is the leadership of the IBLCE voted, or appointed?
