We saw a woman this week who has an enlarged thyroid and large eyes and very
elevated thyroid levels, though otherwise asymptomatic. She is 19 weeks
pregnant and starting propylthiouracil until her baby is born.  At some time
she will need more testing and a permanent solution for her thyroid problem.
She would like to breastfeed.  Any suggestions on postpartum management?
