Yes, in fact if you look at the literature, the more drugs women use the
less likely they are to make more milk. The most successful study in terms
of milk prodn was from Nigeria where no drugs at all were used (100% of
women making a full milk supply...by the strictest definition) and the least
successful was from Canada where a full hormonal protocol including
oestrogen, progesterone and domperidone was used had the lowest (0% making
full milk supply). Culture is clearly the most important factor.

No, I don't know. It would be interesting to know how frequently
relactation/induced lactation is still facilitated by HCPs in PNG.
