I have seen about 12,000 mothers and babies with breastfeeding problems in
the last 15 years.  Maybe more. I have never ever seen a normal exclusively
breastfeeding baby ever have true constipation.  Infrequent bowel movements,
yes. Either from not enough intake, or the normal situation after 3 or 4
weeks of age. But hard pellets. Never. I would say that this would be always
abnormal and not related to breastfeeding or even not enough breastmilk.
