I know from previous discussions and R. Lawrence' book that mom's with
spoiled or smelly  pumped milk should scald it immediately after pumping to
stop the lipase activity, however what about the mom pumping at work?
Should she refrigerate the milk until she can scald it or leave it at room
temperature?
