To Arly:  CIN 3 is a precancerous lesion.  Probably this mom won't need
any treatment except local excision and close follow-up.  (Of course, she
should ask her physician for details.)  This used to require general
anesthesia but now is usually done under local in the office, so
shouldn't have any effect on BF.
