I again have a question for you. I received a mail from a midwife  who works
in a university hospital. She asked me this:

They agree new rules on pumping milk especcialy for neonatal ward and
premature babys. Every week they are going to test the pumped milk in the
labo to check for bacteries. When they find something they destroy the milk
and the mother is asked to desinfect the nipple and areola before pumping in
at least 15 sec with alcohol 70%. The time they have to continue this will
be prescibed by the doctor, mostly three days and mother has to use
Lansinoh.
In case of crackes nipples she gets Chloramine in stead of the alcohol.
They also intend to pasteurize all mothers milk for praemies in the futur at
a t° of 58 °C and 12-15 minutes.
What is your knowledge about it, can we find some research about it?
