There is no evidence of histamine going into maternal milk in any
quantities.  What do transfer are white blood cells, and some of them
may release histamine in the baby's gut.

If Dr. Jarvinen's doctoral research holds true, it's more that some moms
with allergies fail to protect their infants from developing allergy
than that they actively trigger allergy.
