Here's my pass at a description -- with thanks to Rebecca Glover, Catherine
Watson Genna, Lucia Jenkins for earlier posts and phrases:

*  Snug Baby in close, like a baby cummerbund, around Mom's mid-section.
*  Mom's palm is flat against Baby's shoulder blades; her thumb and index
finger touch Baby's ears as she supports the neck.
*  Baby's chin is touching Mom's breast -- and Baby's philtrum (the groove
beneath the nose)  -- is touching Mom's nipple.
*  As Baby instinctively opens wide, the head tilts back like a Pez
dispenser.
*  Mom uses her palm to snug Baby in close one last time ...
*  Just as Baby is closing his mouth on a nice, assymetrical mouthful of
breast tissue.
