Those of us who took the exam in 1989 are being given the choice this year
of recertification by exam or by having 75 educational hours, 1000 hours of
documented practice, and two letters from supervisors or someone who can
attest to the 1000 hours of practice.  I have decided to go with the second
choice.  I believe the IBLCE board is deciding this on a year to year basis.
