used under the over-blouse is really for very early babies who need help in
maintaining the position of their heads to ensure an open airway.  It is
probably not necessary for your "older" babies.  Special clothing is not a
prerequisite for KMC.  A lycra "boob-tube" can work well instead of a
special over-blouse.  As motivation, have you showed the mothers Nils
Bergman's video made for mothers?
