Denise Mollenkopf asked about use of the product she refers to that is
supposed to stop leaking.  I questioned the distributor about the lack of
airholes and airholes appeared on the second free one I recevied. I
questioned him as well about the material it was made from but got no
response.

I have NOT shared my sample with mothers because I take a very different
view of leaking. In the first few weeks, I view leaking as Nature's escape
valve, not something to stop, but rather to be thankful for when the
breasts become a bit overful. I have noticed that many fo the m others I
have seen with repeated mastitis have reported NEVER leaking!  This is a
wrothy question to check out, for any of you in search of a research
project (would be great for a med student or resident, or other student).

One mother who HAD used it (she purchased it after seeing an ad in a baby
magazine) said it made her sweat so badly that her skin started to break
down and she stopped using it. (this was in the summer and it can get
really nasty hot and humid in Illinois in the summer).

Has anyone else had mothers report problems with this device?
