Diane,
I would blame the pump-and-dump for moms decreased milk supply more than the
diflucan.  Pumps are not as effective as infants, and the infant given a
bottle might not have returned to suckling as well after 24 hours off the
breast.  I would encourage mom to keep trying with the SNS and not get too
freaked out.  Low milk can become a self fulfilling prophecy.
