No Arly, they have been around for years. Often are affiliated with a
hospital. No religious connection as far as I am aware. They aim to help
parents learn techniques to settle their infants, such as swaddling,
'controlled comforting', those sort of things.

(I just found this site by searching with Goggle and am using it as an

Don't you have these sort of 'settling centres' outside of Australia?
