Subject: Rice allergy

 My husband is allergic to rice (and a weird assortment of other foods -
such as fish, corn & lettuce!!!) but I agree it must be rare as I have never
known of any other person with a rice allergy. I have always been surprised
at this though, I would have thought it would have been a little more
prevalent as there is a whole generation out there that had rice cereals
introduced at a very early age, some as early as 2 -6 weeks old.
