Just want to put in a plug for the guy we use. He keeps the LLL number on
his wall, and is always asking me if the local medical professionals have
gotten any better since his wife breastfed their kids.  He also wanted to
see Tom Hale's book which I have. Unfortunately, he's an independent
pharmacist, and we think our insurance is going to force us to choose
pharmacies--which means a big chain, not him. :-( .
