Have others heard that the people who have purchased Similac, Enfamil,
Isomil, ProSobee, Nutramigen, Progestimil, Alimontum, or Advance
formula during the period Jan.1, 1980 through Dec.31, 1992 can file a
claim with Settlement Administraor, Illinois Forula Case, P.O. Box
431, Minneapolis, MN 55440-0431.  It appears that the formula company
was over charging for its formula.

My brother saw a claim form circulating his work place and brought me
a copy of Illinois Proof of Claim.  He claims that a co-worker
received a refund check for close to 1,000 dollars.

Anyone else have info. on this, or know what this is all about?
