One of my clients read about using blessed thistle tea to increase milk
supply - baby currently about 18 wks old.  She bought a box of blessed
thistle bulk and hated the taste.  I told her about a brand of a tea blend
that a lot of my moms have used, and suggested that rather than waste the
tea she already has and buying ready-made, that she mix her own, adding in
some fenugreek, fennel, maybe raspberry leaf..........does anyone out there
have a good recipe for proportions, please?
