Just a second there, you all.  I am a male pediatrician and I have
breasts.  Everyone, men, women, boys and girls have breasts, and there
is even some breast tissue in men's breasts.  Indeed, 70% of *boys*
have some breast growth at puberty, some enough to seek medical help,
though it is normal.
