What about private practice offices who aren't covered by insurance?  We 
typically charge $150 for a visit lasting one to up to two hours long, and that 
includes follow up phone calls and test weighs.  We do charge for anything 
elso we need to give the mom for support such as droppers for finger feeding, 
nipple shields for flat and inverted nipples, etc.
