It is extremely unlikely that the mother's thyroid replacement is
making the baby hyper.  Even if the mother's dose were excessive, it
is extremely unlikely.  If mother's blood level is within the normal
range, her milk thyroxin would be quite low, but normal.  Look to
another reason.
