I work in a Level III NICU and would like to know what happens in
other units regarding the above topics.  Do all prems need suck/swallow
assessments by an OT?  Should a stethoscope be placed on an infant's neck
while it is attempting to breastfeed?  What are the advantages/disadvantages
of oral stim for all prems using Q-tips dipped in breastmilk?  Should this
latter procedure be restricted to certain infants?
