Vivian,

Is she on birth control pills?  Has she started solids and backed off
alot with nursing? She could do co-sleeping and "baby-wearing" to
increase skin to skin and opportunities for nursing; use herbs (fenugreek
and blessed thistle ala Dr. Jacks's handouts) to increase supply: and
supplementing AT THE BREAST( instead of with a bottle) with a nursing
supplementer; use breast compression. Milk expression post feed could be
done as well.
