And stop drinking cows' milk, if she hasn't already!

  Glucosamine,--Hale's says L3 and poorly bioavailable
  L. Acidopholus, L. Bifidus, --these are just probiotics, no problem

Ginko, --L3, no reported concerns
Licorice Root--Aviva Romm says contraindicated in pregnancy or people
with hypertension, Jerusalem Artichoke--this is a vegetable
, Slippery Elm--a natural laxative, among other things
  Papain, Pepsin,
Pancreatin, Pancrelipase, --these four are digestive enzymes and
shouldn't be a problem.
