A question about a drug. Myochrysine, which is a gold compound. A woman
who is pregnant and due to deliver at the end of November has been told
she can not breastfeed because she has been on this drug. She stopped
taking it in March. Apparently the half life is 170 days. Some of the
literature says it is OK but our drug information centre has said a
definate NO. Can anyone help with other info re this drug and
breastfeeding or point me in the direction of references which I can
follow up. Thank you
