tandem nursing.

On to the next subject!
I am helping a mom who recently adopted a 3 month old girl from an
orphanage in India.  Baby was accepting the platex style nipple but
refusing the breast.  Mom tried nipple shield with no luck.  We rigged
up a new "feeding system"  that may make you chuckle.  Mom is wearing an
SNS and she is pushing the tubing through the hole in the bottle nipple,
then taping the bottle nipple over her own!  What a hoot!  Seriously,
she would really like to get the baby to her own breast.  Any brilliant
suggestion?!?  She'll consider anything.
