Hi Everyone,

I have set up a group for those who are currently IBCLC's in good standing,
who meet the requirements of the IBLCE to be mentors under Pathway 3. If
you meet those requirements and are interested in joining this group -
please e-mail me privately at [log in to unmask] This is NOT a
public Yahoo! Group - it is by request only. When you submit your request
please note how long you have been an IBCLC and whether you currently have
(or will have) a mentoree.

The group is filling quickly, and I have received e-mails from those who are
mentoree's and those who want to mentor at some point but do not yet meet
the IBLCE requirements. Please note: This group is specifically for those
of us who are (or will be shortly) mentoring our next generation of IBCLC
and meet ALL IBLCE requirements to fill that role. This group is so that
we, as mentors, can provide the best possible educational guidance for the
new generation of IBCLC.

I hope that those who are interested but do not yet meet the requirements
will understand. :-) We have a lot of work to do as mentors, and not too
many guidelines to help us do it efficiently and effectively. We are
undertaking to "invent the proverbial wheel". :-)

Warmly,

Jaye
