Dear Dr Hale & Dr Nice (& Dr Newman):

I have a patient who is currently taking perphenazine during preganancy.  She desires to breastfeed the baby, due any time now.  Chlorpromazine is reviewed in the Red Book, but perphenazine is not.  Do you have any information about the secretion of perphenazine into breastmilk?  Please email me privately or reply to the list.  Thank you very much.
