Bigger, faster doesn't always mean better. Maybe better to bottom line 
because baby is discharged faster, but at what cost to breastfeeding?  And 
how about sending breastfeeding premies home sooner with good follow up? 
This is what I saw in Uganda.  Tiny babies who could breastfed, sent home 
STS, with weekly clinic vss to monitor progress. Impressive results in a 
resource poor country.   Pat in SNJ
