I may have missed some of this thread, having been away for a week, but has
anyone mentioned caffeine in this case?  I have had two cases in the past
month in which spitting up of milk and GI distress was relieved with the
elimination of caffeine.  One mom assured me that she wasn't injesting
caffeine, but she was drinking some teas that had it in it.

The babies had improved somewhat with the elimination of dairy, but with
the elimination of caffeine all is well.
