Paul Drinkwater's article is actually
ANZJOG 1990;30-65 (Australian and NZ Journal of Ob & Gynaecology). I've just
been reminded that we reprinted it in our own journal (Birth Issues) in
1992.

I have a hard copy of this plus a piece from the Pharmaceutical Journal
(Australia) on the Health Department's restrictions (1987). I can get is
scanned and available electronically, but I'm really busy for a little
while.

This is old history - that was my original point about the Sears' site.

Unfortunately I don't have the time right now to get the current position of
either the Pharmaceutical Society or the Health Dept here. When I do, I'll
post it, unless someone else follows up and shares it with us.
