As the 'troublemaker' in all of this (I sent the original email suggesting
the instruction change) - I am DEEPLY sorry for all of this.  I only
presented the inquiry as a way of assisting our overworked LactNet
ListMothers with this truly menial chore.  As a subscriber of a variety of
discussion groups, I can say that other than the 'unsubscribe' messages
inadvertently posted to this board, we have a pretty computer-literate
bunch.  Some of the other groups (including a collegiate grants board) I
belong to have a terrible time in cutting & pasting messages thereby
alleviating the same message over and over and over...

So again my apologies for clogging up this list with such a dumb question...
now back to more important discussions like milk sinuses!  Wowee!  Do they
exist or not?... hmmm!
