Beverly talked about a baby w/ a rash:

<< Any suggestions--I suggested she try eliminating eggs and milk
products although Mom states she is not a big milk drinker. >>

Beverly,

I would also suspect the strawberries (though why, I'm not sure). A four
month old isn't LIKELY to suddenly react w/ hives to something his mother has
been consuming for four months -- dairy & eggs. Certainly it CAN happen, but
I don't think it is likely. If strawberries are new to her diet (summer time
& all), it could be that.

Pump & dump? Heavens, why! I don't know the half life of strawberries, but
48 hours w/ hives (allergic reaction to something) wouldn't be unusual. The
other thing to look at is one of the many viruses that cause rashes that
eventually go away. Baby is a bit young for that, but you never know.

Jan B in sunny Wheaton where she survived her son's first foray into the
streets as a new (permit only) driver. He's had two days of driver's ed and
one driving lesson thus far. We'll see if I live through the summer.
