If you google "mega milk supplement" you will find it in online stores - bodybuilding.com for instance - it is not to make mega milk, it is called "mega milk" as it is a protein/vitamin supplement with extra amino acids etc..  It does have colostrum in it as well as peptides,etc.. 

I would suspect the women are taking it as an extra protein boost due to their high nutritional requirements. 

when you google it you will be able to click on the label and see what the ingredients are - kind of like an adult version of infant formula with extra added...  

moms who want to add a protein shake might want to go for the organic brands without artificial colors and flavors and without all the added herbs etc.. or make their own , while pregnant and/or breastfeeding
