Some time ago, somebody posted about a really terrific game to play with staff as an inservice - this game was supposed to show how silly it is to put baby on a feeding schedule.  It involved having everyone write down what they have eaten in a 24-hour period and multiplying their weight x3 to show how much an infant needs to eat to multiply birth weight in the first year of life.
