I have heard the figure that formula feeding increases infant mortality in
the US by 4 to 4.5 per 1000.  Does anyone know where that figure comes from.
I need US specific data (I know WHO has worldwide figures) and does anyone
know of an article specific linking black infant mortality/morbidity and
formula feeding?
