We had alot of experience with this question in NJ. Peds ID MDs I spoke to
felt it would be OK. Ruth Lawrence 4th edition I think has a small reference
to it (I looked up the article from her references which didn't say to
much). By analogy to syphilis which is also caused by a similar type of bug
it should be OK to nurse once on antibiotics. I told all the mom's who asked
me to nurse. (with the above information in tow)
