I may have many who disagree with me, but I am actually rather glad
that "this entire affair is a very serious matter" as stated by Dr. Larry
Gartner. It's about time the lid blew off the formula industry's behind
the scenes dictation of the health of the world's infants. All in pursuit
of the almightly dollar (or whichever monetary denomination fits your
country). If I remember correctly, a similar scenario played out with the
US tobacco industry a couple of decades ago. One can only hope that
positive changes can be made also in dealing with the formula industry. I
believe this is the start of it - once the federal government gets involved
hopefully change cannot be far behind. I pray that the government does not
cave in to big business politics and finances.

Please, Marsha and Amy, keep us informed. I am ready and waiting with pen
(or keyboard) in hand to do my part in protecting the world's most precious
resource - our babies.
